Annual yard sale

Please start checking all the nooks and crannies in your homes and apartments to find all the treasures you can donate to the yard sale. This is one of our big fundraisers’ so we need all your help to make it a success.

Drop offs will start on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 1:00PM in the gym.

Christ is Born Glorify Him

 

Dear Friends,

Several years ago a friend of mine, whom I had taught in high school, wrote to me to tell me about the birth of his first child.  He described his daughter down to the last detail and ended the email with words that towered over the physical description.  He summed up by saying: “The world will never be the same again.”

Daily Mass and Adoration

Please note that Mass is offered at 8 am at the DiscalcedCarmelite Chapel on South Shore Drive in Danvers daily.

Mass is offered at St. James Chapel begins with the Angelusat noon Monday--Friday and 9 am on Saturday. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held in the Chapelafter Mass Wednesday through Friday until 1:30 pm.

 

The light is on for you!

On the Wednesday's of Lent, from 6:30-8:00PM, St. Thomas and all the parishes and chapels of the Archdiocese of Boston will be open for individual confessions.

St. Thomas the Apostle Parish St. Patrick's day party

St. Thomas the Apostle Parish will hold a St. Patrick's Day Party on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 7:00 PM. The location will be the Knights of Columbus Hall in Salem, MA. The cost for the tickets is $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children. Maximum cost for a family is $50.00. Please call 978-531-2278 or 978-745-0505.
